Q: Will this conflict with my current therapy?

A: This should not conflict with your current therapy but it is also not designed to replace therapy.

Q: How fit do I have to be to attend?

A: This is an athletic retreat but it is not designed to be a training camp. Movement is used as a modality not a measurement.

Q: How private / anonymous will this be?

A: At our retreats men need to feel safe to discuss their deepest fears and pain without judgement. So we have a strict anonymity policy for things that other men have shared. We would love for you to share your experiences and how things impact you.

Q: Can women attend?

A: The events on this page are currently for men only, but we are working with women to create similar events / tools for y'all in the future.

Q: Minimum age?

A: 18 years old

Q: Maximum age?

A: There is no maximum age. Just be ready to move (bike, run, hike, etc) 1-2hrs a day in a group that matches your fitness ability and come with an open mind.

Q: Do I have to do everything on the itinerary or can I opt out of sessions?

A: We highly encourage everyone to attend all 100% of the sessions. Growth comes from discomfort and vulnerability and this retreat is designed to create those moments for growth. However, we won't force you to do anything and will respect your boundaries.

Q: Is this a religious retreat / group?

A: No this is not a religious retreat. We pull wisdom from a wide range of resources but no one religious practice will be emphasized
